Chocomelter 1,5L Professional melter for chocolates, toppings, sauces ... regulation up to 60 degrees, including 1.5 l stainless steel removable container with lid. The container is getting heated transversely to reach the same temperature in all the parts of the container. Temperature control with thermostat. 230V / 80W. How to use the Chocomelter:

1. Heating

  • -for the best production, it is better to use quality chocolate, chocolate containing at least 32% cocoa butter
  • -The best is to heat up always a little bit more chocolate than you need
  • -Avoid contact with water, otherwise chocolate will not melt properly
  • Fill the container with 2/3 topping or chocolate and set the temperature to more than 50 degrees. When heating, make sure the temperature does not exceed 45-50 degrees. This may take several minutes until all of the chocolate get melted.

2. Cooling

  • - For a more glossy surface let the chocolate cool down to 26-28 degrees by adding the remaining pieces of chocolate
  • - then briefly warm the chocolate to the desired working temperature - this is the secret to making professional chocolate products - art melting chocolate
