How to use the Chocomelter:
1. Heating
- -for the best production, it is better to use quality chocolate, chocolate containing at least 32% cocoa butter
- -The best is to heat up always a little bit more chocolate than you need
- -Avoid contact with water, otherwise chocolate will not melt properly
2. Cooling
- - For a more glossy surface let the chocolate cool down to 26-28 degrees by adding the remaining pieces of chocolate
- - then briefly warm the chocolate to the desired working temperature - this is the secret to making professional chocolate products - art melting chocolate
