We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €50. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days. Express delivery (1-2 business days) is available for an additional fee. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Provide your order number, photos of the damage, and a brief description of the issue. Our team will review your claim within 48 hours and arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.
