Shipping and Payment Methods

Everything you need to know about getting your order to you and paying for it. Figures below are taken from our Terms & Conditions; the price and total you see at checkout always take precedence.

In short

•     We ship across the EU via FedEx, DPD, GLS and Dachser.

•     Orders dispatched within 14 days of payment — usually within 1 working day.

•     Shipping fees from €7; free shipping available above a threshold shown at checkout.

•     All prices include VAT; secure payment, no card details stored.

 

Where we ship

We deliver to the countries listed in the table below. Orders are shipped using carriers we select as appropriate to the destination — currently FedEx, DPD, GLS, Dachser or an equivalent service. If your delivery address is outside the countries listed, we’re unable to fulfil the order.

Free shipping

Qualifying orders ship free. The threshold can vary by country and promotion and is always shown clearly at checkout.

  

Dispatch & delivery

After your order is confirmed and payment received, we dispatch as promptly as possible (usually next working day) and in any event within 14 calendar days, unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing or the product page says so (for example, pre-orders).

Delivery estimates are based on information available when the order is placed and may be affected by things outside our control — carrier delays, severe weather, customs procedures or third-party logistics issues. If an order is materially delayed or can’t be fulfilled, we’ll let you know as soon as reasonably possible, and you may cancel free of charge before shipment for a full refund.

Please provide a complete, accurate delivery address: we aren’t liable for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details. Risk passes to you on delivery to the address you specified (or at the first attempted delivery if no one is present to receive it).

Prices

Prices are shown in euros (EUR) — or the local currency where indicated — and include VAT. Shipping is shown separately and added to your total at checkout. The price that applies to your order is the one displayed when you place it, as confirmed in your order acknowledgement.

Occasionally a product may be shown at a clearly wrong price due to a typo or system error. In such cases we may cancel the order and issue a full refund, even after an acknowledgement email — there’s no obligation to fulfil an order at a manifestly erroneous price.

Business customers (VAT)

Businesses with a valid EU VAT number may buy on a VAT-exclusive basis. Enter your VAT number when ordering; once verified, the VAT amount is deducted. We may request supporting documents and can decline VAT-exempt status if verification isn’t possible.

How to pay

Pay using any method offered at checkout — the available options are shown there and may change over time. Please make sure your payment details are accurate and authorised, and tell us straight away if anything is wrong.

Secure payment

All transactions are processed in a secure environment, and we do not store your payment card details on our systems.
