Which countries do you ship to?
We supply resellers and dropship to customers throughout the European Union, including Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium and Slovakia.
How strong is your shipping and fulfilment capacity?
Beneo operates three high-capacity warehouses and ships as a top-tier partner of FedEx and other leading European carriers such as DPD, DACHSER and GLS. This means short lead times, reliable delivery of bulky ride-ons, and the capacity to handle large and seasonal-peak orders across the EU.
Is there a minimum order?
Dropshipping has no minimum order — you can sell a single unit at a time. Wholesale stock orders unlock better per-unit pricing and volume discounts. We confirm exact terms once your reseller account is approved.
Do you provide a product data feed?
Yes. We provide a product data feed with images, descriptions, prices and live stock levels, so you can list our ride-ons on your webshop or marketplace and keep them updated automatically.
Do you handle warranty and spare parts?
Yes. As the manufacturer and importer, Beneo provides warranty support and spare-part availability, so you can offer your customers proper after-sales service.
