This page explains your right to return products bought on beneoshop and how refunds work. It applies to consumer purchases and reflects your rights under EU consumer law. For the complete legal text, see our Terms & Conditions.

- Free return shipping on valid withdrawals within the 14-day window.
- Refunded within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
Your 14-day right to cancel
As a consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 calendar days of the day you (or someone you nominate) receive or collect the product. This is your statutory right under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
How to start a return
Tell us you want to cancel before the 14-day window closes. You can reach us by:

A clear written or verbal statement is enough. You can use the EU Model Withdrawal Form if you wish, but it is not mandatory.
Condition of returned items
To qualify for a full refund, returned products should be:
- Unused and in their original, undamaged condition.
- Returned in their original packaging, wherever reasonably possible.
You may handle a product only as much as you would in a shop to check its nature and how it works.
Your refund
Once we receive your return, we refund the full purchase price within 14 calendar days. For valid returns made within the withdrawal period, we cover the cost of return shipping (we are ordering the carrier to your address to pickup the product).
If something arrives damaged
Please inspect your order on delivery and tell us about any visible damage or missing items as soon as reasonably possible. Submit complaints in writing with a clear description and, ideally, photos. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and give you an initial response or a timeline for resolution.
Minor variations in colour, size, finish or appearance that fall within normal manufacturing tolerances — and don’t materially affect function, safety or value — aren’t grounds for a complaint.
